awful customer service

receive the wrong item, never replied on emails for me to return the incorrect item. Had to then message on facebook for a response. Was then finally given a returns label after lots of messing about. Item was returned and still no word after 3 days. Then get a response via email to say they had received my wrong order and would send out my actual order in a few days. So after all that i still cant review the actual product as I'm still yet to receive it.
