United Kingdom, EU and Worldwide 

We ship our items using Royal Mail Tracked 48, and will require a signature upon arrival. All orders are tracked and delivered within two days. Fragrance Hub LTD holds no responsibility for what happens to your order after delivery, nor can we guarantee two day delivery time. Orders placed on Saturday after 12pm and Sunday's will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

However, with orders of a large value we may use DPD Next Day, at our discretion. For international deliveries, please note that extra additional fees may occur. 

Please note that orders with an incomplete address will be withheld until customer contacts us. We do not hold any responsibility for how you input your address, and we will not be held responsible for your delay, due to an address error. 

Orders that return to us due to incomplete address, no collection from Post Office or any other reason, an £8 fee will apply for us to resend the parcel.
